The Yarn and Design:
The Hygge Shawl is a cozy and luxurious 3 color project that showcases Caprino’s softness, drape, and elegant stitch definition. Designed with simple stitches and soothing repetition, it offers an enjoyable knitting experience while creating this striking three-color fabric full of warmth and texture.
Because the shawl pairs two colors in each section, the relationship between all three shades plays an important role in the finished piece. Choosing colors with strong contrast will make each section and the stitch pattern stand out more clearly, but don’t be afraid to explore subtler combinations, too. Colors that are closer in value can blend beautifully and create their own kind of magic.

Your Knit-Along pattern:
The Hygge Shawl pattern will be sent to all registered participants approximately two weeks before the Knit-Along begins on September 18, giving you plenty of time to choose your colors and prepare for cast-on day. We will be doing the KAL in some of our classes too. More info on that to follow this week or next.
Participating knitters will receive more information from Malabrigo as we get closer to the start of the KAL, including the calendar, links, color inspiration and more.

6 skeins of Malabrigo Caprino in three colors - 2 skeins of each
US Size 6 (4mm) circular needle
