After setting up for the Midway Fall Festival, we headed home through a little rain…and were treated to not one, but several beautiful rainbow views along the way. ❤️

🍂 From Waveland… straight to Midway! 🍂

We’re still smiling about what an incredible weekend we had at the Waveland Art Fair! ❤️

Of course, we love sending our jewelry home with new people, but honestly, one of our favorite parts of these events is the people we meet and the stories we hear along the way.

This weekend we met a fellow wire-wrapper who learned the craft years ago from another guy while they were following The Grateful Dead. 🎶✌️ Seriously… how cool is that?!

And our vendor neighbors? Complete strangers when the weekend started and friends by the time it ended. ❤️ That’s the kind of stuff you just can’t put a price on.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, talked jewelry and stones with us, shared a story, laughed with us, or chose a Two Gems piece to take home.

Waveland, you were so good to us!
And now… apparently we’ve decided rest is overrated. 😂

What a wonderful weekend it has been! We’ve loved visiting with everyone who has stopped by, admired our work, taken home a new treasure, or simply shared a kind word. 💕

The calm before the Waveland storm… 😂

The workbenches are covered, the wire is flying, and we’re officially in last-minute festival prep mode! 🔨🧡

We’re putting the finishing touches on new pieces, wrapping a few more stones, and getting everything ready for Waveland Arts Festival this weekend!

There’s something pretty special about seeing a pile of copper wire and beautiful stones slowly turn into one-of-a-kind pieces that will soon be heading to our booth. ❤️

Well… this wasn’t on today’s Waveland Arts Festival prep list. 😂🐍
While getting ready for next weekend, we discovered this teeny little guy hopelessly stuck to some tape. So naturally, festival prep came to a screeching halt and Operation Save the Snake began.
A little vegetable oil, some patience, and a whole lot of careful peeling later… SUCCESS! 🎉
One very tiny, very slippery snake rescued and released back where he belongs. ❤️🐍
Just another perfectly normal day at Two Gems Jewelry. 😂
Now… back to getting ready for Waveland!
