We are so excited to officially launch our w**e-by-the-glass program starting tomorrow, Thursday, June 4th.

Whether you’re stopping by for a glass of w**e, a seasonal spritz, or a local b**r, we’ve got the perfect pairings waiting. Join us on the patio for cheese & charcuterie boards, our signature French butter boards, and house antipasti.

✨ New Perk: We’re now extending coffee service through close, so you can linger longer with us from espresso to apéro.

📍 Find us on the patio or inside the café starting at 12pm daily. The pergola is up, the terrace is ready, and we can’t wait to welcome you!

✨ Behind the Counter: Meet Sidney ✨

If you’ve been in the café, chances are you’ve been greeted by Sidney (and maybe convinced to grab one more pastry than planned 😉).

She’s a part of the Nouvelle Maison team bringing great energy to our mornings, fueled by chocolate milk from High Lawn Farm and the smell of fresh pastries at 7am.

What she loves most? The team. We work hard, but we always show up for each other, and that’s what makes it special.

Fun fact: she spent two years living in Japan 🇯🇵 (ask her about her matcha skills)… and yes, there’s also a mechanical bull story involving her two front teeth if you’re curious 😄

🥐 Skip the line for your morning treats: pre-order your favorite breads and pastries for pickup on April 4th & 5th.

🧀 For Easter lunch, we’re partnering with A Borrowed Chef to offer a full holiday menu, along with our Easter Signature Cheese Collection and seasonal bouquets to complete your table.

Our classic catering boards will also be available, perfect for effortless hosting.
