Our hearts are broken as our community mourns the loss of a truly incredible man.
The titles he carried were meaningful, but they could never fully describe the man he was. He was kind, dependable, selfless, and someone whose presence made a lasting difference. He gave so much of himself to this community, and his impact will continue to live on through every person he helped, taught, encouraged, and inspired.
During this unimaginable time, we are praying especially for his family. We pray they feel surrounded by love, strength, comfort, and the support of the community that loved him so deeply. We also pray for his friends, fellow officers, fellow firefighters, and everyone whose life was touched by him.
There are no words that can take away this pain or fill the space his loss leaves behind. We can only hold his family close in our hearts, lift them up in prayer, and remain grateful for the privilege of having such an amazing man as part of our community.
He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten.
