Chocolate Cocktails was birthed in February 2014 by Roslin Bledsoe Nelson after trying to make a batch of Kentucky bourbon balls for her family. Instead of making just plain bourbon balls, she decided to add toffee pieces to give it an added crunch. They were such a hit, that she decided to go a little further and create other recipes that would keep all the candy lovers coming back for more.
