A customer favorite is making its return… and this time I picked up A BIG TOTE OF LEGOS! 😳😂

📦 AND THIS IS WHY FEELZ NO LONGER SHIPS.

We shipped a $75.49 order to a customer. Our very first online sale!

FEELZ also paid $15 to ship it.

The customer then disputed the charge as “No knowledge of charge.”

We challenged it and provided the information we had. Messages between customer and myself asking about shipping. The cardholder’s bank still sided with them.

So they received their $75.49 back.

We’re out the $15 shipping.

And we don’t have our merchandise back.

That’s $90.49 out of our pocket before even counting the value of the merchandise we can no longer sell.

For a large corporation, maybe that gets absorbed.

For a small consignment shop, that hurts.

And remember — some of that merchandise belongs to our consignors, real people who trust FEELZ to sell their items and pay them.

This is why we made the difficult decision to make our online shopping PICKUP ONLY.

It’s not because we don’t want to ship. It’s because we simply cannot afford to take losses like this.
