theastern University, Mitsubishi just to name a few. She also worked with various party planners to create specialty items for their clients events. "I remember being contracted by a medical device company to make a mold from an actual Hip Replacement Part. These chocolate pieces were then cello wrapped and put into gift baskets for their Holiday Party." "Another fun project was creating a customized box of chocolates for a special birthday party. Each piece symbolized one of her passions. These were all sent to the Versace Mansion in Miami." I love working with chocolate. There is always some way to add it to every venue. It's such a happy business and it is the "little things" that people remember.

I wanted to share about this little “chat bot” image that Jim created. I was contacted by this very kind gentlemen who was looking for home made chocolates! BINGO !!!! We chatted a bit and put together a selection of treats for him to take on his business trip to the UK!!! Today I got a call from him from the UK to tell me how very happy he and everyone was about the chocolate. I offered him salted caramels, he chose Pretzel Short Stacks, lobster and moose pops, and we decided on an edible image on these Oreos. I have been in business for over 40 years but I will never get tired of being able to match my clients wants and needs so that they are as happy as I am when I get a call like I did today!!!! Many thanks for your support.
