Gaetano's has poured red sauce in the Highlands for over seven decades, back when the Smaldone family ran the place and guests like Sinatra and Capone dropped by. Order the clams casino, chicken parmigiana, or lasagna with housemade marinara. It still feels like dinner at a very connected nonna's. 🍝
