Time to get the bins ready for the red wigglers to arrive next week. Opened the bins to find a couple with some wild looking mushrooms!
Turned the bedding over and allowed them dry out a little in the sun. They are looking great. Worms are going to love life.
Soon we will build out a large wooden bin for full on worm castings action!

Brief update on the wormery bins. Lessons learned and corrections made. High temps, Black Kow, 50 gallon totes = lots of sweaty work!

This is our start-up year so we won't have anything available until next spring.
We will post regular updates on our progress.
We have big plans in the works for those heading to Bennett Springs to fish the Niangua come spring 2023.
