When we first conceived MANBOT Coffee Roasters, this was our guiding principle--to make good coffee approachable and to build community around ethically sourced, thoughtfully roasted coffee. Building on our uncompromising work habits and accepting nothing but our best, we decided to break out on our own and bring our passion for good coffee and good people to the masses. Embracing the belief that

coffee roasting is part art, part science and a lot of love, we strive to bring out the best in each coffee we roast and present that to you. We love the bond that forms between people over a shared passion, and encourage people to pursue whatever it is that makes them happy. This time around we’re featuring our Costa Rica Tarrazú San Diego, a delightful single origin with medium body, soft acidity, and notes of raisins, figs and cocoa. Helllooo, Geneva! We’ll be at the French Market on Sunday, 5/31, from 9:00-2:00. It’s technically at 427 S 4th, but make your way to the Metra station in Geneva and you’ll find the market. We’ll be there slinging your favorite coffee, hot, cold brewed, and in bags to go. I can’t find our tiny Bigfoot, so enjoy this ferret in the meantime.
