When we first conceived MANBOT Coffee Roasters, this was our guiding principle--to make good coffee approachable and to build community around ethically sourced, thoughtfully roasted coffee. Building on our uncompromising work habits and accepting nothing but our best, we decided to break out on our own and bring our passion for good coffee and good people to the masses. Embracing the belief that coffee roasting is part art, part science and a lot of love, we strive to bring out the best in each coffee we roast and present that to you. We love the bond that forms between people over a shared passion, and encourage people to pursue whatever it is that makes them happy. Welp, we’re here. Come see us in the rain today at the Winfield Farmers Market, where we’ll be slinging coffee until noon or so (probably going to make it an early day). Don’t forget your Wellies and an umbrella!

Hey folks, sorry for the late notice but we’ll be taking tomorrow off from the Winfield market. There’s rain, lightning and gusty winds in the forecast, but we’ll catch you next week (or you can find us in Geneva on Sunday 9-2).

It’s been a minute, but we have a new Roaster’s Choice available for you folks. This time around we’re featuring our Costa Rica Tarrazú San Diego, a delightful single origin with medium body, soft acidity, and notes of raisins, figs and cocoa. We’ll have it at our markets for the next few weeks (Winfield Wednesdays 7:00-1:00, Geneva Sundays 9:00-2:00), so swing by and pick some up.
