A question I am frequently asked is how often do we get “new” books? My general answer is almost every day. However, it’s been awhile. I don’t think I’ve had much of anything come in for a week or more. Until today when these showed up. Pic 1 is fiction, 2 is nonfiction.

Had a customer yesterday who I started chatting with after he made his purchase. He was just passing through Winona on his way from Milwaukee to the Twin Cities, had never been here before. He had eaten lunch at Heirloom Seasonal Bistro and someone working there (hi, Kristi) was wearing a T-shirt that he liked. She said she gotten it from my store and he should check it out (which he did, obviously).
