Thanks once again to our dear friends and neighbors above DeBeen WS, Link IQ, for their coffee story from this morning!

Leasing agents Stephanie and Kenzie chose a ginger latte with almond milk, our seasonal Toasty Ghosty latte with whole milk and an extra shot of espresso, and a banana bread latte with whole milk.

We love the Oatly carton, repurposed into to-go cartons by Emily, our coffee shop manager in Winston. So clever! The Link ladies agreed: "The carton is so cute and resourceful. We had to post it!"

Hark! Ya know what? It's 100 days until Christmas! Yup, will be here almost before we know it!

Thank you to Amber, who got into a cross-seasonal mood last Thurs with "an iced lemon bar matcha latte with oat milk." A bit of an off-the-menu order, our baristas at DeBeen WS customized an iced vanilla latte with lemon cold foam — made as a matcha latte instead! Definitely you can ask to have your drink choices customized!

Amber says, "I’m a local realtor in the Triad area, and I love everything coffee! I’m always sharing local spots and showing people where they can go, what they can do, and how they can connect with the community.

"I'm a regular DeBeen customer. I used to go a lot for my Bible study. But now I go whenever I’m in the IQ area. I love DeBeen! I just love the cozy vibe."

Happy Mon! Happy baby!

Thanks, Beth, for your stories and photos shared last Thurs. A longtime customer of DeBeen HP, Beth recently became a new mom of two. Meet SG, now 18 months old.

Beth says, "This is our second baby! They got a strawberry smoothie, strawberry ice cream, and chocolate chip muffins!"

Sooooo cute! See that Beth wrote a children's book about adoption. She's gifted her book to our lending library, located outside DeBeen! Borrow and please return after reading.

Happy Rosh Hashanah! New on our fall drink menu is a Book Worm Macchiato: a caramel and apple macchiato, topped with sweet cream cold foam and cinnamon sprinkled on top!

Think apple pie in a cup. So autumnal, but different from pumpkin spice!

Additionally we can add apple syrup to espresso-based drinks of your choice, such as with brown sugar or caramel with your choice of milk. Maybe with a drip of honey to welcome a happy and sweet new year?

For the kiddos, we have apple juice. Plus healthy snacks that often include apples or applesauce.

Do you feel the seasonal transition? It's reflected in these customer posts!

On Wed morning, Yocelim and her sister Catherine stopped by DeBeen HP. Catherine chose "an iced banana bread latte with 2% milk" (summer). "I had a Toasty Ghosty latte iced with almond milk!" (mocha pumpkin spice latte, fall).

"My sister stopped by for a visit. I wanted her to try your coffee. Then we went and got fresh bagels."

On Thurs eve, Salem stopped by DeBeen WS for "the caramel blended drink with whole milk." (A caramel blender bender is great, year-round!)

"This was my first time at DeBeen! Loved the atmosphere and friendly baristas. The drink was so yummy!"

Awesome! Thanks, ladies! Thanks also for helping us decide what to order when the weather can't make up its mind. Come back and see us again soon!
