It’s an all analog kinda day! Second show in as many days

Students are finishing their old school poster projects, and then it’s time for some record slingin’

I’ll be THE STATION in Mocksville for Record Night from 5:30-8ish. Come grab a pizza, a cold drink, and do some good ol crate diggin’

On a related note: These students LOVE poster projects. It’s not easy, and I grade them strict, but they always enjoy putting markers/rulers to poster board and showing off all they have learned.

And some of them even talk about records with me. Is it possible that this new generation sees the value in tangible things and are happy to step back from the technological edge?

Y’all, September is busy! Actually, I’m working on some scheduling details that will make finding me easy and consistent.

In case you can’t read my handwriting:
-Sept 10 (today!) Music Bingo Fiddlin' Fish Brewing Company hosted by Rhodes Ahead Entertainment from 7-9pm. I’ll be set up by 6:30
-Sept 13th Vinyl Night Wise Man Brewing®️ 5:00-7:30.

Ok party people, here is what we know for Sunday: I’m back for Vinyl Night Wise Man Brewing®️ this Sunday!

Here’s what we don’t know:
•what time does it start?

Couple of options, so stick with me.

Wise Man is also hosting a Fall Market 12-5, with vendors (Vida Collective gonna be there!) as well as food trucks and live music.

If it’s nice (not raining) the band is planning to play outdoors. If it is gonna rain, they will play inside.

So, option 1: band plays outside, meaning I’m set up inside and we start at 5 like normal

Option 2: band shifts to indoors in the corner, and we start after they break down (530/545).

Oh, and WM is open til 10 that day for the holiday weekend!

I’ll try to post some records to my stories tomorrow and then have a full flip video Sunday morning.

-Only Dolly going out is her Trio project w/Ronstadt & Harris. Great album! And not priced up b/c she passed. Avoid people that raise prices based on someone’s death. That’s a morbid person.
