When we say we invest in what hangs on our racks, we mean it. 🤍

A single trip to New York market can cost Primm’s $4,000–$5,000 before we’ve purchased a single piece of inventory.

Flights. Hotels. Transportation. Meals. Days away from the store and family. Hours spent researching brands, studying what performed in previous seasons, planning appointments and mapping out how to see as many collections as possible in just a few days.

And then comes the actual investment: committing our inventory dollars months in advance to the pieces we believe you’re going to love.

For Amie, this process is something she takes incredibly seriously. Her eye has been shaped by years of living in New York, traveling through Europe, working with women in our own community and learning what makes someone feel incredible in what they’re wearing.

So when she goes to market, she isn’t just asking, “What do I like?”

She’s asking: What will the Primm’s woman love? What will she actually wear? What deserves a place in her closet?

We invest this much into buying because we believe a great boutique should do something the internet can’t: edit the endless options for you.

So when you walk through our doors, you don’t have to sort through thousands of pieces to find the good ones.
