At Brasstown Chocolate, we do it all from roasting to wrapping in Winston-Salem, NC. Incorporated in 2011, we use only the finest cacao beans available in our manufacturing process. Each type of bean is carefully selected for its own unique character and flavor. Some offer a hint of spice while others seem to contain a variety of exotic fruits. No matter which bar you choose you are sure to find something that will delight your senses.
