Velouchi, our 12 year aged grappa, will be released this Saturday, September 12th at 1 PM. Born from the time-honored tradition of distilling grape pomace, then matured in oak barrels — transforming a rustic spirit into a sophisticated expression of the Mediterranean soul. Rich bouquets of dried fruit, vanilla, sweet spices, and subtle to***co evoke mountain herbs and sun-dried figs.

Big Winston Whiskey Club members can grab their bottles immediately.

Join us this Saturday, August 15th, at 1 p.m for the release of our 10 year Cask Strength Rye Fidelity at 138 proof. Made from 100% Washington State heirloom prairie rye that is pot distilled and rested in a charred new white oak Tonnellerie-O barrel. The nose opens with hints of dark char, burnt sugar, juicy fruit gum and Pina Colada. Notes of undercooked chocolate chip cookies, mild black tea and tarragon on the palate. The finish is long with a mid-palate burn.

Due to limited bottles available we will limit one bottle per customer. Big Winston Whiskey Club members can purchase their bottles immediately.
