Ok facebook followers I have a contest. I'm calling it "You design". The basic premise is I want to see want you guys can come up with. You design a project for me. You give me a basic design, I will design it further from that point, and I will build it and ship it to you, AT NO COST TO YOU!!!!!!. I want to make this a contest. Send me your designs, they can be simple line drawings that you take a picture of, or something you have seen and want for your own. I will lean more to original designs, but I'm not picky. I'm doing this for several reasons, one being I am having builders block, and two I want to reward my followers. So here are the rules:
1. I need something to go on. Whether its a picture, a photo of a drawing or a basic design explanation.
2. it needs to fit in a file box size for shipping. As much as I would love to build dinning room tables for everyone I am limited to material, space, and shipping.
3. have fun with it. It may be something you have seen, something a friend has, or something you have in your head. draw it out, describe it and let me work from there.
4. I want pictures if you are the winner. Lets face it, I will probably build everything suggested...lol.
Here are some ideas to get you going
a clock
a candle holder (I have about twenty votive glass holders in the shop)
a cutting board (but not a regular one)
Well thats it, I can't wait to see what you guys design.
