We at Betty J’s love a good party and when you throw flowers into the mix, well it just makes it even better🌷🌸🌻🌹🌼💐

We were thrilled to host this birthday party flower design class last night for Omairis Santiago, better known to the community as Polishedbyomairis LLC. It turned into a mother-daughter creative adventure which made it even more special. We think Omairis had as much fun playing with the leftover rose petals as she did making her arrangement! And thank you Liz from We Are Winter Garden for joining us for this special night… it was a pleasure to have you and your daughters at our design table!

We have to give a shout out to our dear friend and sweets supplier Christy Lowery-Qualls with Get Just Desserts. The cake pops she made for this event were yummy, moist and all kinds of fabulous! She even incorporated Omairis’s trademark colors and made them sparkle✨and we all know that Omairis loves sparkle🥰
Christy is definitely your girl for all things sweet for the upcoming holiday celebrations and gift-giving season, but take our word for it… She books up early!

We know you’re curious so….

September is Su***de Awareness and Prevention month. There’s a “hidden duck” campaign associated with it this year and at Health Central they are hiding 1,000 ducks during the course of the month. Orlando Health team members who find them may get lucky in prize drawings at the end of the month. We found one of the cute little buggers nestled in a rose in our Guest Services desk arrangement outside Betty J's Gift Shop at Health Central💜

Also we had some very happy customers today when we launched our Halloween squishies👻🎃💀Yes we did have Needohs but they sold out in 90 minutes😳We do still have the Halloween dumplings, plus an assortment of everyday squishies including Butter, Silly Goose, Rainbow Pop and more!

About last night💜🌹🌼🌷🌻💜
Betty J’s was blessed to have a great group of ladies in the house last night. The Women's Giving Alliance of the Community Foundation of South Lake joined us for a flower design class. While they did learn some special floral techniques, these classes are all about fun and camaraderie, which was very apparent among this group that works very hard to raise funds for a number of charities.

Call today to book your own group for a class. We only need a minimum of 6 people to put you on our calendar😊407-656-3526
