The vision is becoming reality! We’re excited to announce that Jay Dewdney’s Carwash is officially moving forward, and construction will be starting soon!

📍 Located at Dewdney’s Plaza on the corner of Palmetto Avenue & First Street in Winter Haven, this project will feature a custom one-bay carwash—a unique concept built with quality, purpose, and community in mind.

This isn’t just another building. It’s another investment in the Florence Villa community and another step toward bringing new opportunities, growth, and pride to the area.

We’re beyond thankful for everyone who has supported this journey. The plans are approved, the vision is clear, and we can’t wait to watch it come to life.
