The Three of Pentacles arriving as we move through Cancer season and into July speaks less about individual achievement and more about what we build together.

July is inviting many people to reconsider where they invest their time, energy, and emotional labor. With so much happening globally, politically, economically, and environmentally, it can feel easy to isolate or become overwhelmed. The Three of Pentacles reminds us that no one is meant to carry the weight of the world alone.

This card asks:

-What community are you helping create?
-Who shares your values?
-Are you building something that will still matter a year from now?
-Where can collaboration accomplish more than trying to do everything yourself?

During Cancer season, we naturally turn toward home, family, belonging, emotional security, and the places where we feel safe enough to be authentic. The Three of Pentacles adds another layer: your chosen family, creative community, and shared purpose become just as important as your blood family.**

Spiritually

This card represents sacred collaboration.

Your guides may be encouraging you to:

-Learn from others without diminishing your own gifts.
-Share your wisdom instead of keeping it hidden.
-Accept help when it is offered.
- foundations instead of chasing quick results.

Not every season is meant for rapid manifestation. Some seasons are meant for laying bricks.

Collectively

The collective energy is moving away from "What can I achieve?" toward "What can we create together?"

As communities continue navigating uncertainty, many people are seeking:

* Local support systems.
* Creative expression.
* Healing circles.
* Mutual aid.
* Small businesses and community spaces.
* Honest conversations instead of polished perfection.

The Three of Pentacles suggests that the strongest foundations will come from people who are willing to collaborate rather than compete.

Shadow Message

This card also asks us to notice:

-perfectionism
-comparing our path to others
-refusing help
-trying to control every outcome
-believing we have to prove our worth through constant productivity

Healing often happens in relationship with mentors, trusted friends, therapists, spiritual directors, support groups, or creative communities.

For July

The energy of July encourages us to:

- Build slowly.
- Trust the process.
- Invest in meaningful relationships.
- Refine your craft.
- Let your gifts serve something greater than yourself.
- Remember that healing is a collective practice, not just an individual one.

For many, this month will bring opportunities to reconnect with community after periods of isolation or burnout. The work isn't about doing more, it's about building something that lasts.

Affirmation

“I release the need to do everything alone. I welcome aligned collaboration, trust the foundation I am creating, and allow my gifts to strengthen the communities I am called to serve."

Tarot is one of the most misunderstood spiritual tools in our society.

Over the years, I've heard people say that tarot is evil, demonic, or something to fear. Many of those beliefs come from experiences, teachings, or interpretations within certain religious traditions. I respect that everyone has the right to their own spiritual path and beliefs.

For me, tarot is not about worshipping a deck of cards, predicting an unchangeable future, or giving my power away to something outside of myself.

Tarot is a reflective tool.

Just as someone may use prayer, journaling, meditation, therapy, dream work, or scripture to gain clarity, I use tarot as a way to pause, reflect, ask meaningful questions, and become more aware of patterns that may already be present in a person's life. The cards themselves hold no power over anyone. They are pieces of paper with symbolic imagery that invite conversation, introspection, and deeper awareness.

The reading comes from the relationship between intuition, symbolism, the questions being asked, and the energy a person is bringing into that moment. Energy, in this context, is simply the emotional, mental, and relational state someone carries with them. Many people can sense when someone is anxious, joyful, grieving, or overwhelmed without anyone saying a word. Tarot provides another language for exploring those experiences.

A reading should never replace your own discernment, your personal responsibility, or professional support when it's needed. My goal is never to tell someone what they must do. My role is to help them slow down, look at different perspectives, and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

One of the biggest parts of my work is something called shadow work.

Shadow work is the practice of exploring the parts of ourselves that we've hidden, rejected, or learned to suppress. The term "shadow" was popularized by psychologist Carl Jung to describe aspects of our personality that often remain outside of our conscious awareness.

These aren't always "bad" parts of ourselves.

Our shadow can include:
• Childhood wounds
• Fear of rejection or abandonment
• Limiting beliefs
• Unprocessed grief
• Anger we were never allowed to express
• Shame
• Perfectionism
• People pleasing
• Gifts and talents we were taught to hide
• Parts of ourselves we've denied in order to survive

Shadow work asks difficult but healing questions.

Why do I react this way?

Why does this situation trigger me?

What belief about myself am I carrying?

What part of me needs compassion instead of judgment?

This work isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming honest. Healing begins when we stop pretending we don't have wounds and begin caring for them with compassion.

I've also watched public figures such as Doreen Virtue, Kat Von D, and Alex Reads speak openly about changing their spiritual beliefs and practices. Their journeys are their own. I respect that each person has the freedom to follow the path that feels true to them, just as others have found peace through different spiritual traditions. Their choices don't define every practitioner, just as one person's experience in any religion or spiritual path doesn't define everyone who shares that label.

At the end of the day, I encourage people to practice discernment.

Ask questions.

Study.

Read from multiple perspectives.

Know why you believe what you believe.

Whether your path leads you through church, meditation, therapy, ancestral traditions, or another faith entirely, the goal should be the same: to become a more compassionate, accountable, and authentic human being.

My work is never about creating fear or dependency. It's about helping people reconnect with themselves, take responsibility for their healing, and remember that they already carry more wisdom than they often realize.

Aura Workshop at Mandorla Spiritual Spa

Have you ever walked into a room and instantly felt someone’s energy? Have you ever felt drained after being around certain people or completely uplifted by others? This workshop is designed to help you better understand the energy field that surrounds you and how it influences your daily life.

Join Shanice Ariel for an interactive and beginner friendly exploration of auras, energy awareness, and intuitive development. • The meanings of common aura colors and what they may reflect emotionally and spiritually
• The connection between auras and chakras
• Simple techniques to strengthen your intuition and energetic awareness
• Grounding and protection practices for empaths and sensitive individuals
• Partner exercises and group practice to build confidence in reading energy
• Journaling prompts and self reflection exercises for continued growth
