📢 SUPPRESSOR TRANSFER UPDATE

Based on the recent developments in Jensen v. ATF and ATF’s public statement that it is complying with the court’s order as to protected parties, Lewman Arms & Range will begin accepting qualifying suppressor transfers for disposition on an ATF Form 4473 for GOA members and other purchasers who qualify for protection under the court’s order.

This is not a blanket “no-NFA” announcement for everyone. Eligibility matters, and we will verify that a purchaser falls within the scope of the court’s order before proceeding.

Because this is a developing legal situation, procedures may change as additional court rulings or formal ATF guidance are issued.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SHOP WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING THESE TRANSFERS.
Our staff will not be providing legal or eligibility guidance over the phone.

For those of you who have been patiently waiting on the next batch of MG42 welding jigs, this is the latest update. We had some set backs with machines going down at the machine shop so the timeline got pushed back a bit from our original expected delivery date. This is one of the reasons we don’t like to take deposits on things beforehand. Stuff happens and timelines get pushed. It’s much easier not to have a bunch of fellows hounding us that we have their funds and have pushed expected ship dates back. This will be a batch of 50 units and we do not plan on making more. Price is still TBD until we have the final invoices after delivery. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to having these in the next couple weeks.
