Join us in celebrating 8 years of our yoga program, Yoga in the Garden, at Mead Botanical Garden! 💚🧘‍♀️

Yoga in the Garden takes place every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. To celebrate our 8th birthday we are offering a special FREE yoga class, you and all your friends are invited!

Date: Saturday, July 25th 2026
Time: 9AM - 10AM
Location: The Grove Stage at Mead Botanical Garden (See meadgarden.org for map)
What to bring: Yoga Mat & Water - We have a limited supply of extra mats.
Cost: FREE (Save your spot through the link in our bio)

Schedule:
- Arrive timely between 8:30am - 8:55am to set up your mat and ask questions/explore the Garden.
- 9:00am-10:00am - Yoga Session
