🌧️Optimal moment to gather herbs, amidst refreshing rain.

🌱Gathering Chives for the family's cherished Homemade Dill Pickle Cheddar Herb Dip.

Dill Pickle Cheddar Herb Dip

2-8oz of Cream Cheese
2 cups of Sour Cream
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of Chives, Dill, and Onion Scaves
1 TBSP of lemon juice
3 TBSP of Dill Pickle Juice
3 Chopped Dill Pickle

Optional Spicy Version 2TBSP Red Pepper Flakes

Add all above ingredients in food proccessor until combined. Scrape into a glass or cover storage container. Serve with your choice of veggies, cheese, crackers, and chips.

You can spread on bread with lunch meat, cheese, and lettuce.

Makes a great pool side dip!!

We say goodbye to 2025 and are ready to welcome all the new adventures that await us here at Marie Rose & Grace Farm.

There was so much we explored: landscaping, companion planting, our first season of strawberries and raspberries which created the most beautiful memories working together on the farm.

We responded to an Amish buggy and vehicle accident the week of Thanksgiving, which occurred in front of our home, and spent the remaining of the year reflecting.

It was a very difficult decision not to plant tulips for the 2026 season, but it’s tougher to disclose that our stand will be closed for most of 2026 and through spring 2027.

May you and your family be blessed in 2026! Have a wonderful New Year!

As winter arrives, I'm reminded of the vibrant flavors of our salad garden, which inspired this refreshing twist on Mediterranean Chickpea Salad, elevated by a homemade Lemon Tahini dressing.

I'm practicing self-control by saving half for my loving husband, who's clearing our driveway of snow. My travels in the Middle East region sparked this creation, no Pinterest inspiration needed.
