Join us for a parkrun 5k and Altra Demo Day on Saturday July 18 at 8am. Don't want to race? No problem, come cheer on folks and discover the joy and natural movement Altra's bring. Everyone who tries on a pair of Altra shoes will be entered into a raffle for a FREE pair. Also try out socks from Feetures, and hydration mix from Skratch!

Be sure to register with parkrun if you'd like to get a time for the 5k and consider volunteering both at this event and future runs!
