Join the team at Winthrop Mountain Sports!
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join us starting in May. If you love the outdoors and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping customers find the right gear and providing great service
Selling and recommending products with confidence
Receiving and organizing inventory
Merchandising and keeping the store looking great
Assisting with inventory tracking and reordering
What we’re looking for:
Friendly, motivated, and reliable
Comfortable working with customers
Able to multitask and stay organized
Available to work weekends
This is a fun, dynamic job where every day is different—and you’ll be surrounded by outdoor gear and a passionate community.
