Guys!
Ive had a few plushies come back to me with a limb that fell off or an eye that fell out.
These people told me they never brought it up because "its not my responsibility to fix it after it was sold"
I understand thats NOT my responsibility, however if this has happened to your product, PLEASE send me a message and we will figure out how to either get it fixed or completely replaced.
I want you guys to enjoy these foreverrr!
Obviously depending on the circumstances of the damage I may charge a slight fee, however most cases you will only be paying the shipping to get it back here and fixed.
I have definitely taken this as a learning curve and I will be reinforcing pieces a little more here on out.

Hey all!
So theres currently a review of my company going around. Some of you have seen it, others no.
However, let me just explain the tea.
I had a customer place an order, she asked that it arrive on September 30th. She placed the order on July 19th. I had let her know that it would be there by the 30th, but that there were orders ahead of her, so it would be there no earlier than expected.
Now from the time I took her order, she was already telling me how she could not pay by invoice, but she had to pay by cashapp, mind you, you can pay my invoices THROUGH cashapp, I only had a personal cashapp at the time and obviously didnt want to give that out, given this customer had already been very intrusive in the past, fast forward I ended up having to change my cashtag, and cashapp name so there would be 0 personal details, and finally, she sent payment.
Now not on 1, not 2, not even 3, but 6 different occasions from the time we placed the order in July, to September 18th, she reached out asking if her order was done and questioning me when I explained why it wasnt, which was obviously because of what I explained in the beginning. So ultimately I decided to cancel her order without refund. Some people may see this as wrong, but let me put it into why I did this.
There was a supplies fee: my scissors, needle, hook, etc.
There was a yarn fee, which she split with another customer who wanted another product in the same colors so I split it half and half.
I had already bought all supplies and started the project, I can no longer return that used yarn, and the other half is rightfully paid for by someone else.
Next reason is when you order something and you are given an expected delivery date, are you constantly reaching out to that company asking why its not early? No, why should that change because Im a small business.
In the end I had my time wasted multiple times, and I was harassed.
Im now being cyber bullied and accused of being a scammer.
Needless to say, if youve made it to the end of this novel, I promise Im not fake, and if any of my customers have made it this far, post your orders and give some positive feedback, a girl could use it.❤️

Those of you that are waiting on orders this is for you!
First I want to say Im sprry in advance. I bormally fulfil orders within the first couple days of receiving them, depending how many current orders I already have.
However, I have been taking awhile to fill some orders and I think I owe you all an explanation.
I was trying to just ignore this and push through but it has really taken me away from my work the past few weeks.
Those that dont know, Ive always had mild carpel tunnel, from crocheting endless hours through the night as a teen and now as an adult, it has been acting a DAMN FOOL these past couple weeks yall. Hand cramping, arm pain, throbbing, the whole 9 yards.
As I am still working when I can, please be patient with me as Im hitting a slow patch. We will be quick and speedy again, but right now, Im a dang turtle, and I apologize ❤️

Ending the summer with a few more turtles! Starting in a couple weeks, my inbox will be closed to custom orders, as I will be bulk prepping for the holidays! You guys will still be able to buy, just only from the stock I put out, custom orders will open back up in the new year.
So if you have a custom you'd want done, get your orders in, or until next year hold your peace🤣
I cant wait for you guys to see what I have in store for the holidays!
