R&S Ten Honey and Yarn Bee A small business- honey and honey products. Creative crochet creations! Robert, co-owner of R&S Ten, had an interest in beekeeping. So many ideas, so little time!

In the fall of 2019, his father in law sent him his first set of hives to build. Pretty much, the rest is history! Robert has spent many hours reading and researching anything and everything about bees and honey. As with any new endeavor, there is a lot of trial and error. Once we extracted honey in the fall of our first year as beekeepers, we began learning all the wonderful products we could mak

e using honey and beeswax. So far, the favorite products are flavored honey butter, honey soap and smoked honey! We are still at the beginning of this adventure, but we love to share what we have learned about these fascinating little bees with everyone! Along with the beekeeping adventure, the Shockley-Roth family is very crafty. We always are making something! Veronica has had a long love of all things yarn and crochet! There is hardly a day that she doesn't work on a crochet project, or three. Other crafting interests in our family include painting and drawing, photography, beading, wood working and building, wood burning, scrapbooking and repurposing items to give them new life. Somewhere along the way, we got the crazy idea to create a business. We thought we would start with one vendor show and see how it went. Everyone loved our products and we had a blast! So with that great success, we decided to run with it! Not only will we continue to learn all we can about bees, we will continue to add more products and tweaking our business presentation.
