Small business isn’t always pretty photos and finished products.
Sometimes it’s leaving for work at 12:58 AM, coming home at 2:31 PM, and then heading right back out to the shop to weld until 9:15 PM.
Sometimes it’s going to bed at 7:45 PM on Father’s Day so you can voluntarily be at work by 2 AM the next morning but still showing up for your family.
Sometimes it’s long days, tired eyes, dirty hands, and still finding a way to be present for your wife and kids.
I didn’t get around to a Father’s Day post, but I have to give a late shoutout to Tyler. He is truly the most driven person I have ever met. He shows up for everyone without hesitation, and still pours countless hours into our children, our marriage, and our business.
I don’t think people always realize how much heart, time, and sacrifice go into the dream of running a small businesses.
I am so blessed to have found someone who supports all of my crazy ideas and dreams. There may be an eye roll or two along the way, but he is always my biggest supporter helping make those dreams come true. ♥️
