Hillbilly Slim’s Food Truck is officially getting closer and closer to hitting the road! 🚚❤️ A HUGE thank you to Five-O Graphics & Signs for hooking us up with our graphics and making this food truck look as good as the food will taste! We couldn’t be happier with how everything is coming together!

September 15th–19th

Come see us at the fair and get your Hillbilly Slim’s fix! Just remember, our fair menu will be different from the menu we’ll be serving in Harrison, so you’ll have to come back for the full Hillbilly Slim’s experience!

🤠 BIG NEWS, Y’ALL—HILLBILLY SLIM’S IS COMING TO HARRISON! 🤠

We’ve been keeping a little secret, and we’re finally ready to share it! ❤️

We’re proud and excited to announce that my nephew Ethan and niece Ashley (Nikki) are franchising off of Hillbilly Slim’s and bringing a Hillbilly Slim’s food truck to Harrison! 🚚🔥

They’ll be making their way to Harrison part of each month, bringing along some of the Hillbilly Slim’s favorites y’all know and love, along with a few old favorites that some of you have been missing!

🍗 Master Chef’s Famous Cashew Chicken
🌶️ Fiesta
🐟 Hillbilly Slim’s Fish
🔥 BBQ
🍽️ And plenty more Hillbilly Slim’s favorites!

And for all you Master Chef folks… YOU’RE IN LUCK! They’re even pulling Maw and several original Master Chef employees out of retirement to come back and help bring some of those old favorites back to life!

We’re still getting all the details lined up, but dates, locations, and more information will be coming VERY SOON!
