We are hooked 🪝 up like a tow truck. Glenn Hill is moving forward on the 440 and I’m running down issues on the GTO. Have some long days ahead, got work stacking up like cordwood!

We all about fast and kool. Jeff brought his electric conversion bike “Blue Blazer “ back in for some more work. Last time we built the tank style battery cover to give it that vintage look, this go around we rotated the motor up, built a new down tube and crafted a scratch built chain guard to help hide the motor.
The GTO is getting closer to being ready for ceramic coating, tying up some loose ends on it and will try to take it back out on the road Monday.
Tomorrow we will be getting the roadster and the Triumph ready for the East Tx Roundup 5th Year Anniversary Show.🤙

✅ Sound deadener to go under cover ordered ( to help keep it from resonating)
✅ Custom throttle bracket installed
✅ Throttle cable refitted
✅ Misc wiring loomed and cleaned up
✅ Cables rerouted for clean appearance
✅ Transmission inspected…..

Having a hot rod shop isn’t all beadrolling, louver pressing and custom paint. It’s also spreadsheets, PDFs, and invoicing. Not all of it is the “cool” part or billable, but all of it is necessary.

Wilwood master cylinder and proportioning valve are installed, need a lil more stainless brake line the it will be wrapped up.
Engine cover is test fitted, I’ll pick up some hardware tomorrow to make some mounts for it and some material to fab up a throttle cable bracket that will tuck down a lil lower, also need to run by Henley Auto Supply to pick up a different radiator hose. Engine bay on the GTO is starting to come together 🙌, let’s finish out the night working on some panel gap issues 🤙
