I didn’t start BedVoyage because I dreamed of starting a bedding company. I just wanted to sleep better.

I’ve struggled with sleep most of my adult life, and being a hot sleeper didn’t help. I tried all kinds of sleep remedies and just about every type of sheet I could find.

Eventually I started wondering: what if part of the problem was what I was sleeping on?

That question led me to bamboo, and eventually to starting BedVoyage in 2008.

I loved how breathable and smooth the fabric felt, and how it helped move heat and moisture away from my body while I slept. I noticed the difference right away.

More than 500,000 sheet sets later, the reason behind BedVoyage really hasn’t changed.

I wanted to sleep better. And I wanted to make something that could help other people sleep better, too. 💚
