As of late yesterday, we were informed by the VSP (Virginia State Police) — and confirmed directly with them by phone — that ALL private party firearm transfers are NOW REQUIRED to have a background check once again.

We wanted to make sure all of our customers are aware of this law change and stay up to date on the current requirements.
