Heavy Maintenance

Some times you need to take care of yourself just a bit more. I was able to find time tonight to do a lot of the little things that help keep me rolling.

Started with a round of on the calves. Then some and .emi.usa to make sure everything was running right. Ended with my night time routine of AIF/AIS.

Since August I have missed only 13, (and probably less than that, I just forget to log it...) of my rope routine. It has been my staple, I truly believe it keeps me healthy.
