I’m fairly new to the market scene but packing ceramics is not an easy task. Ceramics can be heavy and very breakable so I needed something that could withstand stacking, car rides, and being carried around to different markets.

I first started with just boxes and newspaper but it took a long time, things would break, and I had to really think through how to pack each box.

Then I figured out that a plastic bin is reusable, much larger and more durable, and doubled as storage for in between markets.

I also figured out that using these styrofoam sheets and nesting the ceramics where they want to lay organically and not in a specific order works the best! I can fit a lot more, nothing moves around, and I don’t have to think about how to make things fit. AND, nothing breaks!

Ive been super busy with custom chip/dip orders for wedding season.

They make a great gift when you want to get the bride/groom something useful but that also has a special touch ❤️ I mean, who doesn’t love their wedding date or new last name engraved in a functional dish?!

So, I’m getting those packed up today to bring in the bins for all the new items I’m bringing with me to this Saturday!

I saw it’s suppose to be in the 80s too! Yes!!!! ☀️

Can’t wait!

Sometimes you just need a cold fridge cig. 🤣 especially on a Monday. You ever feel like you spend part of the weekend getting ready for the week to have Monday hit you hard?!

Love the way these turned out. The speckled clay with white overlay…chefs kiss 💋
I have some coming in pint glass size too. Stay tuned!
