Sadly, we had to put our older Montana tuning machine to rest after 33 plus years and over 300,000 pairs of skis.

But never fear, we have a brand-new Montana ready to go with expertise of Roy at the helm with great tune up deals until we go full price in October.

It's that time of the year again where we start to wind down the hours, but increase the savings! Great deals on clothing, skis, boots, snowboards, and anything else you're looking to get.

We still have great inventory for a lot of products and several more weeks of skiing up north. Come by an get great attention without the seasonal crowds, we'll get you ready for the remainder of this season and next.

Keep an eye on our hours as they start to decrease into April and May, but remember we are open all summer with the same great sales!

Strand's Ski Shop Knows Nordic skiing. Founded by National ski jumping champion Strand Mikkelsen in 1934 when the only skiing was Nordic Skiing.

There is snow on the ground and cold weather, with a lot more snow forecast over the next 2 weeks. Come in and get your XC equipment now and have it for the snow and not have to wait.

Once you have it, you'll never miss a quick storm that drops enough snow to ski. Why scramble to get equipment when the snow may not stay for long. It will be in you closet, basement or garage to just click in and go out the door or check this link to see some areas that groom the snow.

Hi Strands Peeps...Colleens Lexus SUV was hit sometime time today (Saturday) when she was working at the shop. The driver's side wheel and door were smashed in. If anyone saw anything can you please let us know. Any info will be greatly appreciated!
