I love how these are turning out! I bought this quilt to add the flowers to pair of jeans. But these little taco style clutches are so cute. They have an inside wallet, and wristlet strap. Perfect to go with your rodeo outfit or night out bag. Tried an all leather one and a cowhide version. They’re really turning out cute!

Well…it’s been a minute.

First, thank you to everyone who checked on me. Every message, “Hey, haven’t seen you in a while?” mattered more than you know.

The workshop has been quiet.
So have I.

Life has a funny way of reminding you what matters. Lately, it’s reminded me that we can all be guilty of spending so much time surviving that we forget to actually live.

This summer…I have taken a much needed break from the studio.

It’s time to start getting ready for Born in a Barn in September. New hides, new bags and probably a few late nights coming

Taking time off to rest as a creative is harder than it sounds. Every big show takes so much out of me mentally, emotionally, and physically…and after pushing that hard, I always need a little time to come back to myself. I struggle with saying I’m resting…versus feeling so burnt out I don’t feel like creating. Both come with a little guilt. Literally everything else suffers a little when I’m in hyper creative show prep mode. Taking a little time out of the studio allows me to re calibrate.

Last weekend I slowly found my way back into the studio. Can’t wait to see what this summer of creation brings. 🖤🖤🖤Sarah
