With just 2 more days of business as your local quilt shop I feel the need to say a few things about the other lady that was behind that counter all these years! CATHY HENDRIX has been an absolute Godsend to me! When we bought Hansen's fabric years ago, Cathy, who had been employed by Hansen's came to work for me. I was told by the owners of Hansen's that she would be a wonderful person to have working for us. What an understatement that was! I would not have been able to keep the doors of Heart-N-Home open if it weren't for Cathy. I had many personal family things that took me away from the store and Cathy stepped in and took care of things so I could be with family. She has been the most trustworthy, hardworking employee I could have ever asked for. And over the years has become a very dear friend to me.
And as for all you, our customers, you have all witnessed her helpfullness, her knowledge, her compassion, and her kind, soft spoken self. What a blessing she has been!
CATHY AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR ALL THE SUPPORT YOU HAVE GIVEN HEART-N-HOME OVER THE YEARS. COME JOIN US ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 30TH FOR A VISIT, SOME REFRESHMENTS AND SAY FAREWELL. WE WILL OPEN AT 10:00AM AND CATHY WILL BE AT HEART-N-HOME FROM 10 TILL 1:45 WHEN SHE HAS TO LEAVE. HOPE TO SEE MANY OF YOU AND VISIT, SHARE A LAUGH, AND SAY GOODBYE!!
