STOLEN INENTORY UPDATE - REWARD OFFER:

To everyone who shared our post about our trailer being stolen, we cannot thank you enough. We had a small breakthrough yesterday with someone who returned one of our slides that they bought in Detroit and saw our post and reached out. The thieves took our inventory and apparently were taking it to neighborhoods and selling it for cash on the spot. With that said, it’s a long shot, but the biggest item we are trying to recover is this Amazon Zipline. If anyone was offered a zipline for sale, or if you may have purchased one recently that fits the description, we are offering rewards in the form of either free party rentals (tents, chairs, inflatables) or cash if we are able to recover the Zip Line.

It’s a long shot, but the first post got us one slide back. Thank you everyone once again!

*STOLEN TRAILER & EQUIPMENT*

To Our Friends, Family, and Downriver Community –

Symon Rental has proudly served this community since 1988, and for the past three years, several friends have came together after college and have been honored to carry that torch. We’ve reinvested just about every dollar we’ve made sincee taking over into growing our inventory and improving our service — because we love what we do, and we love being a part of your celebrations.

Over the last few months, we’ve been working hard to move into our own building, consolidating inventory from multiple overflow warehouses into a single space. Unfortunately, during this transition, we were hit with a devastating setback: our 24 foot trailer was stolen, along with several essential pieces of equipment — including tents, generators, our zip line, and more.

This is a massive financial blow to our small business, and we’re working around the clock to try to find or prepare to replace what we’ve lost in order to fulfill orders this upcoming party season.

We’re asking for your help:
If you see or hear of any Symon Rental or Just Bouncin inventory for sale — or have any information that could help us recover our equipment — please let us know. Any tips leading to the recovery of our items will be rewarded. At the bare minimum, we will throw you one heck of a party.

Most importantly, we just ask for your support — your watchful eyes and your continued trust in us as we bounce back from this loss. We’ve been proud to be part of your events for decades, and we’re committed to continuing to serve this community for many more years to come.

Hey everyone! Symon Rental is excited to announce that we're moving to a new location, right across the street to what was the Walkers Automotive building! We are thrilled to still be in Wyandotte!! During this transition we won't always be at the old building. We are also having trouble with our service provider, so we are without a phone for the next 4 days.
