🖤Jenifer’s passion for movement began at just three years old through dance and gymnastics. She began competing in dance at the age of 7. By age 14, she was assisting classes where she took dance, laying the foundation for her love of teaching. She was a varsity cheerleader throughout high school and later spent time dancing professionally with the Baltimore Ravens.

After beginning her career in fitness management and sales in 2018, Jenifer found her true passion in Pilates. She started her Reformer Pilates training in January 2021, completed a three-month mentorship, and earned her certification in October 2021.

Jenifer specializes in proper form, intentional movement, and creating a strong foundation for every client. She believes Pilates is about more than building physical strength—it’s about building confidence, awareness, and a deeper connection with your body. Her favorite part of teaching is watching clients grow stronger, accomplish movements they never thought possible, and carry that confidence with them both inside and outside of the studio. 🖤
