As always, thank you so much for your support! The relationship between a small business and the surrounding community is truly a symbiotic one. When you support a local business, they are able to support you in return--from purchasing from local makers to holding and supporting community events, not to mention the beautiful gathering places these precious third spaces provide. (Looking at you and )You really do "give a little bit" to everyone when you support local businesses and we don't take your support for granted!

Hello!

Welcome to The Sticker Shop. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, The Sticker Shop carries stickers from around the world as well as a variety of well curated stationary items to help you get back to your analog ways. In addition to stickers we carry everything from journals, notebooks, pens, pencils, sticker books, greeting cards, note cards, vintage, stationary, sticky notes, washi tape, and more! We have two different sections of sticker rolls in the shop one where each sticker is $.60 apiece, and another section carries a variety of vintage stickers.

The shop was created with an 80's vibe--a tribute to my Gen X childhood--where adults and kids alike come together for the small joys found in stickers, paper, connection, and community.

As you can see, there is a white cloud-shaped table in the center of the shop with stools situated around it to encourage people to sit down, trade stickers, write in their journal or just a place to chill while deciding which stickers you absolutely have to have. (The answer is all of them.)

Come join us for sticker trading on the first Saturday of every month from 1 to 3 PM or join us for one of our mini workshops we hold throughout the year such as brush, calligraphy, junk journaling, unique and fun hand lettering, intro, to fountain, pens, mindful, doodling, and more!

Intro to Brush Calligraphy Workshop!

So many of you have been asking when our chefs are returning and the answer is NOW! Our first class, Intro, to Brush Calligraphy is happening this month, on Saturday September 20th from 5 to 7 PM.

This will be a fun, interactive, hands-on workshop in brush-marker calligraphy taught by calligrapher Amy Owens

During the two-hour long class, students will:
—explore different types of brush markers
learn how to properly hold your pen
gain an understanding of guideline terminology
—practice basic strokes and drills
—try out a “modern” calligraphy alphabet
explore different applications for this fun, playful medium

All materials needed for this class (and to take home) will be supplied including:

Rhodia Classic Notepad
Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen (Black)
2 Pentel Sign Pens (choice of colors)
2 Pieces of Vintage Stationery

The class is designed for adults, but kids 13 and older are welcome with adult supervision. Amy will be teaching towards beginners - no prior experience necessary. If you do have some lettering experience, you will also benefit from the techniques taught in this class. Light refreshments will be served.
