We talked about something every director deals with but nobody really talks about: what happens when a family walks in for a tour and the space just… doesn't land the way it should.

We also shared a story about a client we talked OUT of spending $10,000 they didn't need to spend — because their space simply couldn't hold everything on their list. Most suppliers would've let that order go through. That's just not how we operate.
