a) Laymeaway offers customers the opportunity to put just about anything on layaway they can find online and pay a monthly installment over 4 months. Anything over 4 months, contact us to set up a personal account. Contact us with the link to the item and we will get it for you. c) Checks are also welcomed as form of payment but they must clear before they are applied to the account. A $30 fee wil
l be charged for any returned or checks. d) Cancellation: We charge 15% clerical fee for any cancellations. Please allow up to 14 business days for full refund. e) Late Fee's. A $5.00 late fee will be added to the account every 14 days up to 60 days. Then your account will automatically be closed out and the 15% Clerical fee will be taken out in addition to the $5 late fee for every 14 days with a max total of $21.43 in late fees. (15% + $21,43 max). f) The refund will be sent to the mailing address provided by you at time of order. g) No physical product will be placed into hold at this time. If the product(s) are not available by the end of layaway term, you can either wait for the item to come back in stock, ask for a full refund without any penalty, or apply the funds to a different item(s). h) Laymeaway.com is a service that provides you the opportunity of buying items online without having to worry about credit or having all the money up front.
