Gordies Used Appliances Used appliances sales and service We sell most major appliances brands of stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers.

We carry most new parts and can order usually next day delivery of any parts we don't carry. We have discontinued our in-home service and expanded our in-shop service.

Foster home for new litter of kittens.
We joined with the spayed and neuter clinic and got all but 3 of 11 cats fixed this last winter. Unfortunately, one was a female. of course.
We now have 5 cute as a button kittens and a feral mom that just CAN NOT STAY
Anyone interested in fostering them please call 509-575-8354
They are going to be more than normal due to momma being feral. but with the right home she will take care of the rest. We will send her with a large bag of food and a small bag of kitten food for when the start solids.

Reaching out to our community. We have been hosting a safe place for Yakima cat population. We didn't seek out to foster them. They choose us and we complied. Now the mom's are passing the torch to their daughters.
Spayed and Neutering is not either available or is too costly for us to do.
Gordie's family is looking for good homes for these kittens before they learn to be adults.
If you're interested, please feel free to come meet them during normal working hours. We would GLADLY introduce you.

Wow, last post was 2022.
Just to catch you all up.
Gordie's is still kicking! With a limp but still going.
Hours have stayed the same Monday thru Saturday 8am to 5pm but expect some closers for family events, holidays and vacations.
We hope not to inconvenience you but as a family-owned business it is tough to have a family reunion when half the family works at the same place.

What we do and don't do,
We have had to cut back on services due to Mike's availability.
We no longer do in home services. Appliance repair is offered in the shop with a $25 deposit.
We do not work on certain brands so please call ahead and we will work with you on resources if Mike is not available to you.

We do not go out and pick up appliances anymore. That being said we will consider coming out if you have the old-style washing machines that start by pulling out the timer k**b. Or old-style refrigerators with most cosmetic intact.

We have sales stock but have cutback quite a bit. Feel free to call us and we can let you know what's on the floor at that time.

We would like to thank all of you for your well wishes and understanding during our many setbacks. We hope to see many of you in the future as we get better at adjusting to our new reality.

We are sad to say that the Gordie's Family has lost Wanda Esterholdt on Feb. 20th, 2022

She was not only our Secretary, but also Mother, Friend and Grandmother. Wanda was married to Gordy and after their divorce she continued to work at the business with his son's Mike and Randy. We will all miss her greatly.

He passed Sept. 21st from complication in his heart and covid 19

Gordies Appliance is a family owned business.
We have recently been surrounded by covid related
issues.
As of Sept. 21st, 2021 we will be going back to
covid protocol in order to protect family and friends
from anymore exposure.

We will not be doing service work in the home at this time
We will not deliver into homes but will deliver to the step.
We are not doing any pick ups at this time. But if appliances
are out on step before we arrive with your delivery we will
haul it away if we can.
Service work in the shop will continue but please expect delays
We are working with a 2 man crew

Mask will be required when visiting store. store will maintain
regular hours Monday thru Saturday 8 am to 5 pm.
We may close without notice if emergencies arise.

We thank you all for the well wishes and understanding during
this time. We hope to get our family healthy and back home soon.

Gordies appliance is a family owned business. Mike and Randy have been providing service for over 30 years.
Today we face a huge challenge as Randy has been in the hospital with covid and heart issues. This morning they put him on a ventilator.
We will be closed today Friday 9/17 until further notice.
Prayers needed but pardon us if we don't respond to questions at this time

We recently discovered some of our broken and stored appliances being sold as good machines on facebook and craigslist.
Someone has been coming into our storage yard. Taking photos of appliances and then scamming people of Facebook.
Please be careful out there. Don't be taken in by some low life that has time enough to sneak around and steal your money and not be out looking for honest work.
