The only thing the article got wrong is there will be no w**d sales (only available at licensed ma*****na retail premises.) But the reps from NW Grown, Sunshine, MLM Distributing, and Orgrow will be there.

As a rule, we don’t hype tribute bands in this space. It’s a function of my long-held belief that tribute bands are bereft of artistic value. (Galleries don’t hang exact replicas of famous paintings, even if they show incredible technical skill on the part of the painter.) But (BUT!) I’m making an exception here for a few reasons. First, Purple Mane is probably about as close as you can get to seeing Prince anymore. Second, the members of Purple Mane, Robbie Luna and Prisilla Ray, do a good job with the material. Third, it’s also a low-key w**d trade show with ma*****na vendors such as Stickybudz, NW Grown, Orgrow and Sunshine planning to sell their wares. (There’s no consumption or open containers allowed at the show.) And fourth, it’s at the 4th Street Theatre, which is a great venue for a w**d trade show featuring a Prince tribute band.
