Meet one of the men whose hard work and dedication helped build a reputation of service throughout the Mississippi Delta and beyond.

For years, Randall Mathis has served the cotton farming community through H&M Picker Repair, helping farmers keep their equipment running when it matters most. His commitment to dependable service, strong relationships, and a job well done has earned the trust and respect of countless customers over the years.

Outside of work, Randall is a devoted husband, proud father, loving grandfather, and great-grandfather. Family has always been at the center of everything he does.

Those who know Randall know he believes in showing up, working hard, and treating people right. Whether he's helping a farmer get back in the field during harvest season or spending time with family, he brings the same dedication and integrity to everything he does.

🏀 Fun Fact: If you've ever played a game of HORSE with Randall, you already know—he's the GOAT. His trick shots, competitive spirit, and ability to sink a shot from just about anywhere have become legendary among family and friends.

🌟 OWNER SPOTLIGHT: KEITH MATHIS 🌟

Meet one of the co-owners behind Mathis Equipment!

Keith Mathis wears many hats. He is a dedicated nurse, a loving husband, a proud father, and a co-owner of Mathis Equipment. No matter which role he's filling, Keith is known for his strong work ethic, willingness to help others, and commitment to doing things the right way.

As a nurse, he spends his days caring for people. As a business owner, he brings that same level of service and dedication to helping customers find the equipment they need to get the job done. His goal has always been simple: treat people fairly, work hard, and build relationships that last.

When he's not at the hospital or helping customers, you'll likely find him spending time with his family, working on a project, or staying active in the gym.

💪 Fun Fact: Keith is an accomplished competitive powerlifter and holds multiple USPA state records across several weight classes. The discipline, determination, and consistency required to achieve those records are the same qualities he brings to his family, career, and business every day.

Keith's passion for helping others, combined with his dedication to hard work, makes him an invaluable part of the Mathis Equipment team. We're proud to have him helping lead the company and serve our community.
