Everyone sees the finished scones.

What most people don’t see is the measuring, labeling, washing, prepping, organizing, and fruit processing that happens before baking even begins.

Today is all about getting ready for The Weekend Market at Arbor Park (A San Antonio Farmer’s Market) this weekend.

Texas peaches are prepped. Dry mixes are measured. Boxes are folded. Scone plates are ready.

Now the baking marathon can begin. ❤️

We spent the morning making deliveries in Yoakum and this afternoon we’re back in the kitchen preparing for The Weekend Market at Arbor Park this Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM–3 PM. 📍17700 San Pedro Ave,San Antonio

We’ll be bringing scratch-made scones, Mamie’s bread pudding, and more. Nana’s cinnamon rolls will make an appearance Sunday only.

This is what we’re working on today. ❤️

While yesterday’s orders made their way to Palestine, we’re in the kitchen today finishing orders for delivery in Yoakum tomorrow.

Scratch-made bread pudding topped with homemade praline sauce is hard to beat.

We’re incredibly grateful for every customer who trusts us with their family gatherings, celebrations, and sweet cravings.

And once these orders are finished, it’s time to start preparing for this Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM–3 PM.

Sometimes the right decision is also the hardest one.

After much thought, we’ve decided not to attend at today so we can focus on family.

We know many of you were planning to stop by, and we’re truly sorry to miss seeing everyone. Your support, understanding, and kindness over the past few days have meant more than words can express.

Unexpected family circumstances have changed our plans this weekend.

Unfortunately, Wildflour Scones & Bakery will not be at Tom Tom Fest today as planned. I sincerely apologize to everyone who was hoping to stop by.

At this time, our participation at Cactus Land Market tomorrow is still up in the air as we continue to navigate family matters. I will post an update as soon as we know more.

For 63+ years, he and my daddy shared a friendship built on faith, fishing, laughter, and a lifetime of memories.

The lake at Toledo Bend was one of his favorite places to be. ❤️

What a week it was.

From orders and deliveries to meeting so many wonderful customers at our events, we’re incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to support our veteran-owned small business.

Every cinnamon roll, scone, bread pudding, dozen eggs, and baking mix purchased helps us continue doing what we love while supporting Texas farms and local agriculture.
