🦆 Welcome to Carolina Cayugas!
We’re excited to finally start sharing a little more of what we’ve been working on.
And what better way to start than with one of our girls?
Apparently, this tote is now a nursery. 😂🥚🥚
Dottie has decided that two eggs are worth settling in for, and she’s been taking her new job very seriously.
Cayugas quickly became one of our favorite breeds because of their beautiful iridescent feathers, curious personalities, hardiness, and love of exploring and foraging.
We’re building a little farmstead here in York County, SC, and Carolina Cayugas is our way of sharing the flock, the eggs, the farmstand, and eventually some of the other things we’re growing and creating along the way.
This is just the beginning. 🌿🖤
