In spite of yesterday's dreary weather, Olde Forge Smokehouse had an outstansing turnout. We sold out of our amazing smoked wings. Our chuck burnt ends, pork belly tacos, and street corn salad were also very popular. We had family members who surprised us by driving from Philadelphia to sample our scrumptious food items. A huge thank you shout out goes to everyone who stopped by yesterday. We appreciate you and all of the amazing food compliments. 😊

We think our smoked kielbasa is pretty great, and many people would agree! We use a very old European recipe that highlights the simple flavors and fresh garlic. We just made a large batch of our raw, cased Thai sausage. It is bursting with flavor from Thai chili, galangal, garlic, Kaffir lime leaves, and lemongrass. The chilis add just a touch of spice. After making it, we vacuum package it in 1 lb packages and freeze it to preserve the fresh flavors. Just throw it on the grill and add it to any dish for an amazing pop of flavor! Give it a try for $7/lb
