25 Years of Gifting: What I’ve Learned

A logo isn't personalization.

After more than 25 years in the gifting business, I've learned that putting a company logo on a gift doesn't automatically make it feel personal.

Branding tells someone who the gift is from.

Thoughtfulness tells them why you chose it.

The right gift considers the person receiving it, the relationship, the occasion, and the feeling you want to create.

That's the difference between simply putting your logo on something and creating a gifting experience that feels intentional.

Because the goal isn't just for someone to remember your brand.

It's to remember how your brand made them feel.

Sometimes, there simply aren’t words. 🤍

When someone experiences a loss, we often wonder what we can possibly say or do to make things a little easier.

We can’t take away the pain.
But we can remind someone that they are not alone.
