🛍️ Ordering from Creative Creations by Mariee? Here’s What to Know! 🛍️
To help make the process smooth for both of us, please read the following before placing an order:
💳 Payment
• Payment is due in full upfront, unless a deposit arrangement has been made in advance.
• Work will not begin until payment or deposit is received.
📍 Pick-Up & Delivery
• I do not offer delivery.
• Orders must be picked up in Yorktown Heights, NY.
• Contactless pickup is still available upon request!
📦 Shipping
• Shipping is available at the buyer’s expense.
🔁 All Sales Are Final
• Each piece is made-to-order and handmade, so I do not accept returns.
• Remember: every item is unique, and no two pieces will be exactly alike!
⏱️ Rush Orders
• Need it fast? Orders needed in less than 2 weeks may require a rush fee.
(Fee varies depending on quantity and any materials I need to order quickly.)
