Along with Henna by Katie Kuykendall, reflexology and readings by Darla Tegtmeier, Paul Classon of Red Line Summiteers will be presenting an opportunity to learn more about the upcoming Wilderness Adventure he leads that everyone's talking about!

Tonight at Sense of Samadhi

🗣Tonight at the studio🗣

7:00pm Candlelight Flow ($15 drop-in) with Paul Hansen. Let’s take the time for transformations this evening. Yoga can provide the fertile ground for change in regards to every aspect of human wellness. It’s the constant process we have been born into from first breath to last breath, we are ever changing. So let’s honor the process. Let’s become mindful of the art of changing gracefully. When practiced often we can easily return to our center when major unexpected changes emerge in our lives. Yoga is the Union with life’s ever changing flux and the unchanging Light within. “Know thy self,” is ancient advice and our yoga mats serve us as a place to deepen that knowing. The results of a daily or weekly practice will of course be different for everyone but the art of garnering those results is the same for all. Come join a stellar community and enjoy the high vibes of the studio. Then stay after for the sister class.

8:00pm Guided Meditation (donation based) with Paul Hansen. Come sit with us for a 20-40 minute practice. The studio provides the perfect conditions. This class is crafted for beginners as well as the adept. Allow the body to still which in turn the mind will follow. From this vantage point we can find a variety life affirming qualities that are accessible only from within. Tonight we will have that direct experience.

As always the studio will be warm from practice. Dress appropriately. All new students must sign up. We provide props and cushions if needed. Please alert staff to all medical limitations.
